We source our premium tea leaves and botanicals directly from sustainable, small-batch farms in Fujian, Darjeeling, and Shizuoka to ensure the highest quality and freshness.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your tea fix sooner.

Are your tea bags compostable?

Yes, our pyramid tea bags are made from plant-based, non-GMO cornstarch and are 100% biodegradable and commercially compostable.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We are working hard to expand our shipping zones to more countries soon.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea. However, if your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.
